In over forty years, esz AG has collected an extensive archive of service documents from many manufacturers and devices. When repairing measuring devices, you as a customer benefit from this accumulated know-how and our independence from manufacturers, models or types. Our highly specialised service technicians succeed time and again in restoring the functionality of defective appliances, which are often considerably more expensive to replace. Repair, adjustment and calibration from a single source

Benefit from our many years’ of experience in the procurement of spare parts and accessories. Defective devices are immediately returned from calibration for repair, while repaired devices are calibrated in-house. This concentration can therefore eliminate unnecessary costs for logistics services. To document the repair and adjustment, the calibration certificate guarantees the full functionality of the repaired devices. esz AG thus offers the entire maintenance of your existing measuring equipment from a single source. Repair of older devices

Many manufacturers have already discontinued servicing older measuring devices. esz AG can continue to maintain and repair your measurement technology. We also repair your measuring devices well beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.

Handling at the manufacturing plant

If we are unable to carry out repairs in our own laboratory due to the high level of integration of devices, unknown assemblies or the availability of documentation, esz AG takes over the complete handling at the manufacturer’s factory. And at a much lower price than end customers can often afford: Supplier research, supplier qualification, customs clearance, price negotiations, shipping, logistics, replacement device procurement and calibration are of course included.

Customised repair costs

Flat-rate prices for the maintenance and repair of measuring devices and test equipment are non-transparent and not very flexible. esz AG invoices according to the actual costs incurred. Within five working days, you will receive a customised cost estimate for repairing malfunctions or damage to your measuring devices in accordance with a predefined cost framework.

Transport insurance included

Each cost estimate is made automatically, taking into account cost-effectiveness and the individual time or replacement value of the devices. This means you can be sure that repair costs will not exceed the cost of a new purchase.

Full cost control

Thanks to the cost framework and cost estimate, you always have full control over the costs you incur. Completion only takes place after your approval. Expenses for preliminary examinations will of course be credited to you.
