CEPS
As part of the CEPS network, our contractually bound partners carry out accredited calibrations without having to be accredited for the measurement task themselves by the German Accreditation Body. The technicians are qualified as part of training courses. Calibrations in the field of Automotive testing technology and the calibration of climatic chambers in accordance with DKD-R 5-7 Method A are already established at CEPS. In addition, a number of individual projects have been successfully implemented. Other solutions are possible on request after checking the feasibility. In addition to accredited calibrations, traceable ISO calibrations are also possible within the framework of CEPS. esz AG was the first provider in Germany to fulfil the extensive requirements profile of the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) for validated measurement procedures in the field of automotive testing technology. The digital networking of partners, manufacturers and service organisations forms the platform for compliant calibrations: CEPS – Calibration Expert Partner System With CEPS, qualified technicians from manufacturers, dealers and service companies can calibrate the above-mentioned vehicle inspection technology in esz AG’s quality management system in accordance with the requirements of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018. Since 2017, together with our Partners we have offered accredited calibrations for Brake testers, Headlight alignment testers and Exhaust gas measuring devices. Our partners are supported by the calibration expert laboratory management software. CEPS employees carry out the accredited calibration of temperature and climate cabinets in accordance with DKD-R 5-7, Method A, directly on site. In addition to the technical requirements, all that is necessary is the qualification of employees through regular training. Thanks to CEPS, the qualified technicians calibrate your own climate cabinets independently and at the time of your choice. This reduces downtimes to a minimum and eliminates the need for planning with a service provider. You can then act much more flexibly and in line with your operational processes.
